Quán Hỷ cooks the food of central Vietnam at 9727 Bolsa Avenue in Westminster. The dining room is modern and spacious, with a long counter, pendant lights and potted orchids.

The Menu

Dishes are numbered on the menu. The bánh section comes first: bánh bèo, small steamed rice cakes, along with other steamed and rolled rice cakes. Mì Quảng, the turmeric noodle dish of Quảng Nam, heads the house specialties, and bún bò Huế, the spicy lemongrass beef noodle soup from Huế, and bánh canh with crab and shrimp are the soups reviewers order most.

There are also dry rice vermicelli bowls with grilled pork, shrimp and egg rolls, clam dishes, rice plates and vegetarian versions of several noodle dishes. Vietnamese iced coffee and sweet chè close out the menu.

Quán Hỷ is open every day from 9 AM to 9 PM. Parking on Bolsa can be hard to find at peak times.
